Bottle, picked up in Brussels somewhere. Gusher. Had to mop up. What’s left is hazy, copper red. Thin, dense, ring of beige. Nose has tangy vine fruits. Black cherry. Day old red wine. Touch of brett like funk. Taste is sweet and mouldy sour. Fairly drying. Lots of lip sticking sweetness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Cherry, vanilla and tangy red wine to finish.
