Cask at GBBF 2010. An amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits where a light note of caramel mixes in. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a lightly hoppy and bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, moderate hoppy, light orange - citrus, light licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

Cask@GBBF2010. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, fudge, some mild fruits, wood and sweet malts. Flavour is very similar with some rather strong syrupy notes as well.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight herbal. Sweet malty, citrusy and mild peachy hops flavoured. Bitter and fruity into the finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 18/02/10. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. A balanced, malty bitter, with some sweet bready malts, fruit and a decent bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Brownish hazy amber. Lingonberry aroma Fairly sweet with pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Some roasty malt, restrained fruitiness, salty finish with low-medium bitterness. Well balanced.
