A pale copper coloured wheat beer, bursting with summery flavours. A blend of continental hops give a soft bitterness balanced by a floral hoppy finish and then rounded off with an orangey citrus afterpalate. This is guaranteed to slip down a treat.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and elderflowers as well as lighter notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, anisseed, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, anisseed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, earth, some mild bisquity notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same with also some mild honeyish notes. I think it hides it’s wheat rather well...

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is spiced and slight estery fruity. Sweet, fruity and slight spiced. Dry wheaty/malty finish. Light roasted and malty breadish.
