Introducing Pique! The third edition in our acrimonious series of sour beers. Pique is a 6% mixed fermentation Golden Ale aged on tart cherries, red raspberries, and black currants. Pique is jammy, fruit forward - with tanic undertones, firm acidity and a dry, effervescent finish!

Pours bright red with a thin white head. Aroma of cranberry and raspberry. Taste has very dry fruity notes, sour cranberry, lactose. Palate has tons of lactose, dry tacky mouth note.
