100ml on tap at the second day of Ølfestivalen in Copenhagen ’11. Hazy, yellow-gold. Fast diminishing, white head. Aroma of grass, hay and spices. Spicy taste together with some kind of cereals and dough, notes of fruits, too. Dry ending, soft in the mouth. Unusual and possible to drink (27.05.2011).

Unclear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet and heavy thyme. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. Never had thyme in a beer before. It works okay, but they overdid it here. 260511

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy golden, small head. Heavily herbal aroma. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Fruity and rather straightforward, but with an abundance of herbal flavours, unfortunately including stewed spinach. Low bitterness.

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Gruit brewed with meadowsweet, yarrow and bee balm. Cloudy golden colour. Nice herbal aroma. The flavour has an unusual sweetish herbal character, but lacks the balance of bittering hops (or other bittering agents).

Draft. light amber beer with an off-white head. Herbal and sourdough aroma with grain, oregano, and rosemary. oregano and malt flavor with light sourdough and thyme. medium bodied. Herbal notes linger with sourdough and thyme.

Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy pizza spices, oregano, moderate thyme. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty, pizza spices, oregano, dry. tap at mikkeller bar cloudy dark yellow, smooth white head. Spicy aroma. Thyme, italian spices. Flavor is very strongly sweet spiced. Thyme, anise, sweet spices, sweet malts, sort of bitter orange and flowery note towards the end

On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Weird spicy aroma - thyme? Medium body with a light fruit sweetness, strange plastic aroma and then again these herbal notes of thyme and oregano. Ends dry. To be completely honest this is pretty damm awful. 210311
