The Sour Dry Hop is the perfect balance of Old and New World brewing. Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, a sour beer once brewed in Berlin and known as the 'Champagne of the North'. Ours is soured by Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with Citra. An unusual style that delivers a tart, citrusy fruitiness.

From keg at the brewery in Beermondsey, London, 24.08.19. Cloudy straw colour. White head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of acidity, sour tropical fruits, passion fruit, tamarind and citrus. Crisp mouthfeel.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours partially hazy, orangey gold, with practically no foam. Aroma is delicate lemony, Brett. Body is medium-thin with delicate carbonation. Taste is moderate sour. Finish is nice and short.

Bottle at home on 17th March 2019, received as gift. Pours hazy gold with virtually no head or lace. Sour tart citrus aroma. Sour lime/lemon in-mouth with a lactic touch. Citrus fruits finish. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body.
