The Sour Dry Hop is the perfect balance of Old and New World brewing. Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, a sour beer once brewed in Berlin and known as the 'Champagne of the North'. Ours is soured by Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with Citra. An unusual style that delivers a tart, citrusy fruitiness.

KeyKeg at the 2017 Cambridge Beer Festival. Orange-yellow, almost clear and quite flat. Smells of fresh pineapple juice, kumquat peel, St Clements. Very tart taste, with the sourness fading toward the finish like a lifting cloud. Satsuma and more pineapple on the aftertaste. What a refreshing beer.

Thank you Kraddel! Draft sampled. Pale citrus golden, little head. Nose is basic lemon & Vitamin C sour mix, lime, acidic, bottled lemon juice, zest. Taste is watery Vitamin C sourness, mineral, low dry finish, wet hay, bottled lemon juice, mineral, sour soap. Body is basic sour low chemical vitamin C with faint vinegar. Sour Vitamin C pills & bit chemical lemon juice brew. Not very impressive for a sour.
