Our Hefeweizen, literally meaning "yeast wheat", pours a hazy effervescent gold. Our use of a classic German yeast strain delivers flavors of bananas and clove, followed by a slight and pleasing tartness that makes this ale exceptionally drinkable.

Pours hazy dark gold with a thick white head. Aroma of bananas with cinnamon and cloves. Taste has dry clove notes as well as nutmeg on the tongue. Palate has subtle banana nose notes as well as coriander, nutmeg and cloves on the back of the tongue.
