Today we release Complete Control, a single-hopped Mosaic pale ale that boasts aromas of orange, mango, papaya, peach, and a resinous hop finish. Brewed with a large percentage of oat malt for soft mouthfeel.
Complete Control presents a very tropical aroma, bursting with mango, papaya, peach, orange; a tropical stonefruit bouquet. The flavor is a lighter on the fruity notes, which allows the mosaic single hop shine. Some finishing forest-like bitterness helps to balance the layers of flavor.

Pours deep hazy gold into a shaker. White soapy head with little retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet citrus and pine aromas. Dry and husky with dark malt and sweet sourdough upfront turning to an abrupt finish.
