Opalescent pale golden colour, minimal ecru-ish white head; aroma and taste of floral, fruity-dried apricot-like, some earthy, yeasty and grainy-bread crusty notes; correct Belgian style ale

Draft at Turners Seafood in Salem. Lighter gold touch transparent and fluffy head. Nose is sweet yeast and some citrus. Tastes of lemon, orange peel, yeast, rock candy, sourdough, white chocolate. Lighter bodied. Some sweetness on finish.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. White head crackles and quickly recedes to nothing. Banana and candi aromas. Soft with sweet hot caramel and clove upfront turning to yeast and pepper in the lasting finish.
