Pours a nice light straw, leaning toward yellow. Smelled like lemon while in the bottle, but not picking up on any in the glass. Flavor is a nice Saaz profile with some fresh baked bread. Nicely dry and crisp. Good beer.

Pours clear straw into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Biscuit aromas. Crisp with hay and bready malt upfront turning to mild bitter earth in the lasting finish. Nicely done.
