To commemorate our Blast Off/Grand Opening celebration, we pulled out one of our favorite recipes from our home-brewing days and scaled it up. This White IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Columbus, Falconer's Flight and Mosaic hops and then obnoxiously dry-hopped with Cascade, Mosaic and Falconer's Flight.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head crackles and recedes to hug rim. Caramel and marshmallow (cowtails/bulls eye) aromas. Sour caramel and rotten fruit front to back. Lasting bitter earth finish. Yuck.
