Frisch herber Antrunk mit leicht fruchtiger Hefigkeit. Der Hopfen und die daran hängende Bitterkeit verstärken den frischen Eindruck. Im Mittelteil kernig, fruchtig bitter. Die Grundwürzigkeit des Bieres ist dem Hopfen zuzuschreiben, die dezenten Getreidenoten unterstützen ihn. Abwechslungsreiches und süffiges Landbier! 11/12/11/11/7/11

Bügelverschlußflasche: Cloudy and golden, floaties visible, small stable head with a little lace; musty cellary nose, almonds in the background; bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied to watery; thinnish dry bitter-yeasty finish. They should better concentrate on Altbier.......

Thanks to Koelschtrinker for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, a bit moldy-grasy, more and more dry, still moldy. Quite drinkable but nothing really special.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, hay, grain, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110318]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Quite boring aroma and flavor with pale malts and some hops. A touch of bitterness. Medium body. Overall, a decent beer indeed, but it’s way too boring. 110318
