Inspired by the berry crops of the Fraser Valley. Berry Bomb Sour has blueberries, blackberries and raspberries added for a secondary fermentation before bottling. Light pulpy sweetness with balanced acidity. Crack a 750mL for extra bottle conditioned goodness.

Poured from the tap. Purplish red with dissipating pink head. Lots of berry on the nose, especially raspberry. Taste is very muted. Can’t help but think a bottle conditioned version would actually let the flavours really come out. But as it is, it is quite average.
