A sprinkle of hand harvested fleur de sel from our neighbours, Salt Spring Sea Salt, lends a salty-sweet finish to this full-bodied oatmeal stout. Brewed with roasted and chocolate malts, the late addition of chocolate liquor adds to the rich, cocoa flavour.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Near black with dissipating beige head. Mild chocolate and sea salt with a touch of oatmeal. A bit of a watery finish, flavour dissipates too quickly on the palate.
