Every year some of the breweries represented at the Brewfest brew a replic ale, which means that they all create the same agreed upon beer. This is our version. Its a lager (rather than an ale) and its dark, almost black, and malty, but not heavy and easy to drink. Thanks to Dave Colt for the recipe and Brewer’s Supply Group for the materials.
