bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear chestnut-brown colour, large off-white head. Malty base with hints of caramel, chocolate, plums and raisins, slightly fruity, with grassy-earthy hops. Well-rounded, a real pleasure.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized beige foamy head. Sweet toast-malty, almost a bit Bock-like aroma with hearty notes of caramel and traces of sugar beet. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dark and toasted malty taste with caramel; medium-dry, sweet and slightly bitter toasted finish. Decent quality Dunkel (22.07.08).

Bottle. Dark chocolate malt aroma - noticeable tannic aroma. Dark tan color - clear with next to no head. Burnt malt and caramel flavor - on the watery side. Nice taste but on the weak side.
