This light and zingy sour beer was brewed with a combination of flaked wheat, pilsner malt and lactobacillus before being conditioned over freshly pureed raspberries. Sweet and tart in equal measures with a lingering bright acidity.

440ml can - Pours a hazy peachy pink colour with a small very pale pink head. The aroma is tart raspberries with some lemon notes. A light tart fruity taste, raspberry flavours and a drying slightly sour finish. A bit watery and light on flavour.
