Inspired by Peckham's own Sake
A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.

440ml can - Pours a clear pale golden colour with a small thin white head that quickly settled. Aroma is sweet cereals with some floral, green apple and lemon grass notes. A moderately sweet taste, apple, lemon and lemon grass flavours with a light spicy bitter finish. Okay.
