Cinnamon and peppermint nose. Black, tan head. Soil, with cinnamon and mint accents, some medicinal antiseptc notes as well. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Black pour. Thin foam. Coffee and sweet potato nose. Cocoa, coffee, and sweet potato pie flavor. Sweet potato palate. Easy carbonation.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint. Murky dark brown with beige head. Aromas of sweet potato, pumpkin, light chocolate. Tastes of sweet potato, spices, light chocolate. Medium body with a dry finish.

Keg at the brewery, 11/15/14. Pours a dark brown with a thin head. Poor head retention. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, sweet potato, mild lactose. The taste is sweet potatoes, chocolate, roasted malt, lactose. Medium bodied, low carbonation, decent balance.
