Draft at West End Ciderhouse, Athens, 7/14/14. Pours a hazy pink color with a thin tan head. Weak legs. Aroma of berries, honey, floral notes and mild earth. The taste is tart berries, honey, lemon. Medium bodied, low carbonation, prickly, lingering tartness.

Sample at West End Ciderhouse as part of Ohio Brew Week. This cider pours a clear rosé color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of raspberries and spice. Medium-bodied with a mildly tart raspberry character and notes of honey and florals in the background. The finish is fruity with a lingering raspberry aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
