Oak-Lynn pours a gorgeous bright golden straw in color with an aroma much more similar to some of our bottled Saison offerings; that enticing oak, barnyard, and preserved lemon, and with a flavor profile ranging from lemon & vanilla gelati, lemon verbena, grapefruit zest & musty oak all with a deeper acidic & zippy finish to its counterpart Lynn.

Can: super pale with white head. Aroma is apricot, herbs, little butterscotch. Taste is light, slightly funky. Pleasant.

12 oz can courtesy of Mansquito. Pours a light yellow gold color with a small white head that soon vanishes. The aroma is strong with DuPont yeasts, esters and some woody oak. The taste features breads, bit of sour grapes, something umami, and oak barrel. The palate is full and even with soft carbonation. Finishes long with lingering breads. Overall; Decent--Ia am a sucker for a good saison and this is one of the best

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, straw gold color. Foamy white head dissipates to a small bubbly cap. Aroma is sweet bubble gum, lemongrass and mild funk. Flavor is mild farmhouse funk. Notes of lemon, vanilla, tangerine and Wawa lemonade. Just a hint of yeast and oakiness. Very approachable, yet mildly complex and interesting.

Lemony, effervescent, crushable. Very refreshing. The name of this reminded me of the Oakland A’s, so here’s Rickey Henderson.
