This year's batch of Summer Share, our 6.8% Cold IPA, is brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rice. We hopped it with Waimea in the kettle, Strata in the whirlpool and a fair share of Nectaron, Waimea and Strata in the dry-hop. Summer Share was lagered with our house lager yeast for about one month prior to packaging. This Cold IPA pours a light straw golden color with west coast flavors of pine, citrus and peach with a hint of pineapple.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, yellow gold color. Small creamy beige head. Superb lacing. Bready malt aroma leans towards soft citrus, stone fruits and melon. Flavor mirrors nose. Peach, pineapple, tangerine and pear. Smooth, but edgy. Tasty!
