Must Be Seven is a modern India Pale Ale brewed with a malt bill consisting of 2 Row, Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats and Red Wheat from our pals down a lil south of us at Rabbit Hill Malthouse.
Hopped with a very enticing celebratory blend of hops including HBC 586, Talus, El Dorado & Galaxy
Notes of Sprite, salted pineapple, cedar and a heavy dose of something tropical. Big & juicy up front with an exceedingly pleasant dryness and a wicked combo of new school hoppy ales without being overbearingly cloying.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy pale gold color. Dense, pillowy white head leaves spotty lacing. Fragrant tropical fruit aroma leans toward ripe pineapple, sweet pear and orange. Flavor follows nose. Juicy tropical fruit salad, lime and melon notes. Finishes dry and spicy with a touch of cracked black peppercorns.
