German Kolsch Style beer brewed with all German Malts. This light golden colored ale has a grainy-sweet malt character that mingles with low rounded notes of bread crust and honey. The aroma supports the malt base of this beer with notes of subtle apple/pear intertwined with classic German Noble hop aromatics of floral and spicy hop character. Finishes crips and clean. This beer is an homage to the near-by Kinkora Branch train line which once carried many different items, including produce and at one time troops, from the banks of the Delaware River to Fort Dix.

Crisp, clean, a little sweet. The Ghost is going ballistic.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Bright, orange gold pour. Frothy white head dissipates to a manageable cap. Grainy malt aroma hints at rustic bread and green apple peels. Flavor brings notes of sweet, airy, fresh baked bread, crisp apple and soft clover. Clean, crisp and refreshing. A hint of herbal spice in the satisfying finish.
