This beverage simply bursts with fresh taste, best lager and wheat malts with continental “Saaz” hops are utilised in the bewing process. This plus Galloway’s renowned soft water, makes a most refreshing drink which leaves a hint of citrus on the palate.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - pale golden with a proportionate head. Nose - just the faintest hint of citrus but it’s so elusive you have to tell yourself it’s there. Taste - unexpected nuts and a mild toffee cream. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - didn’t start too well but it was synergical I guess.

Golden beer with a foamy head and takes a moment to clear. Very light fruit scent. An initial sweet fruit flavour settles into something slightly sourer and hoppier. At first I found the sourness a little off-putting but after a few mouthfuls that aspect of it dulled a bit. Quite drinkable.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A gusher, producing a big foamy head soon reduced into a finger-thick layer of dense, white bubbles. The aroma has a fruity hoppyness as well as a distinct rubbery touch. Super effervescent on the palate, medium to thin. Rubbery flavor with fruits and pale malts. Sure a beer gone bad, but as it wasn’t past BB-date, I have no other choice but to axe it. 110318

An orange beer with slight haze underneath a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of raspberries. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of raspberries - too berry like for me, and not very malty. The end is very dry end rather bitter.
