This beverage simply bursts with fresh taste, best lager and wheat malts with continental “Saaz” hops are utilised in the bewing process. This plus Galloway’s renowned soft water, makes a most refreshing drink which leaves a hint of citrus on the palate.

Cask gravity at Battersea Beer Festival 2006. I think that this was advertised as a cask conditioned lager. Not my favourite style (apart from Harviestoun Scheihallion). Golden with thin white head. Some lemon. Good carbonation, quite lemony. But I didn’t really like it. Quite dirty with some veg.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Light, fruity nose. Soft and malty with fruity notes and a hint of alcohol. Slightly thin, watery finish. Unusual lager. 301005
