Bottle at papsoe. clear light yellow, no head. mild apple and very slightly citruusy aroma. flavor is apple, booze, faint citrussy note.

75 cL bottle. Pours pale with no head. Aroma is citric and crisp apple fruity. Sweet, citric and slight acidic apple fruity. Citric and crisp finish.

Bottled. A light yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a clear very pale yellow with no head. Sweet, clean apple aroma with some booze. Medium body, fizzy, more booze than apple, sulphurous, again quite some alcohol in the finish. But overall quite decent. 170611

Bottle 750ml.Clear light yellow color with virtaully none head. Aroma is moderate apple, light pear ! light white wine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery and sticky, carbonation is flat to soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, pale yellow cider with a little carbonation going on. Slightly earthy nose with lots of apples and a good dash of alcohol. Dry on the palate, yet sticky. Warming too. The flavor is mostly apples, but with a tad too much alcohol. Long vinous apple finish. A nice one, slightly too alcoholic to enjoy several glasses of, but I won’t shy away from having it again. 110319
