klar lys gul farge med hvite bobler som forsvinner. Lukter litt gjær og selvfølgelig eple. Champagne feeling i munnfølelse. Januar 2019.

75cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours a clear pale yellow, aroma is a honey-like apple sweetness. Taste is oily, lightly sparkling with a pleasant clean apple sweetness, bolstered by it’s 8% strength. Lightly tart medium-sweet apple fruit. Some fruity gooseberry-like white wine notes drift into view with a defined acidity on the finish. Enjoyable applewine-style cider.

24.06.2016, 0,75l bottle (2014 vintage) @ home:
Small fizzy shortlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, hay, sour apples, grass, minerals, yeast, yellow apples. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, apple peel, minerals, sour apples, alcohol, yellow apples, hay, grass, apple cores. Medium bitterness, slightly dry boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

0.75l bottle. This is a crystal clear pale golden one. No chances to provoke a head what so ever. On the aroma it reminds much of a dry white wine. Grapes, sour red apples, some alcohol and some rice/sake thing. Not extreme but nice enough. It's near flat on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is quite light and gliding. The taste also reminds of a white wine. Thought this would be a dry sparkling one, but it's actually flat and quite sweet. You sense the alcohol, but it's not disturbing at all. Sweet, yes, but it has a nice apply acidity balancing the sweetness. A really fine alternative to that porky French white wine and really fine thing to use with/in food. Are you sure this isn't a wine? 26.01.2013

750 ml elegant bottle, vintage 2009, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 9.0%. Extremely pale greenish-yellow whitewine-like colour, pours moderately sparkling, no head. Aroma of cider apples and eating apples, a hint of oak and sulphites. Called a "dry" cider, but the flavour is medium sweet. Notes of sweet eating apples (varieties Gravenstein, Summerred and Aroma), hints of sulphites. Overpriced.
