Boots on the Ground is a heavily wheated and oated IPA brewed with a hint of lactose for heft and body. We then hopped this beer at a rate of 5lbs per bbl with Yakima Chiefs special Veterans Blend. Yakima’s blend of hops steals the show and serves to impart flavors of mango, papaya, passion fruit and subtle apricot. Yakima Chief’s annual Veterans Blend aims to connect heroes from field to pint in an effort to show appreciation to the men and women of the US Military.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Honey gold pour. Large, pillowy white head. Citrus and tropical fruit nose. Flavor follows nose. Lemon, orange, apricot and honey. Some woody notes in middle. Mango and papaya on backend. Tasty.
