This beautiful saison was brewed with pale and wheat malts from our good friends @deercreekmalthouse with a touch of attic aged hops and Styrian Fox and Hersbrucker in the whirlpool. Towards the end of fermentation with our foraged yeast we added a hefty dose of our very own Forest & Main honey. The delightful natural carbonation comes entirely from a second dose of honey added before canning.

16 ounce can from brewpub. Large frothy beige head. Earthy, bready, wheat malt nose has honeyish notes. Tangy, dryish malt flavor. Mild notes of lemon pith and yeasty funk. Very drinkable, but with a hint of spice and funkiness.
