Sema’ is a light, blonde easy drinking ale. Hopped with Cascade to infuse a balanced and delicate floral undertone. The lake hides a legendary sunken village; A hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village thus: ''Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this lile house, that gave me meat and drink''

Clear deep straw with a creamy white head and lemony biscuits on the nose. Has a fabulous creamy mouthfeel, it’s all biscuit malt with a touch of citrus bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish

24-27/10/2023. From cask at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, limoncello, soap, grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily and watery, average to soft carbonation. Good looking beer, other than that okay.
