Sema’ is a light, blonde easy drinking ale. Hopped with Cascade to infuse a balanced and delicate floral undertone. The lake hides a legendary sunken village; A hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village thus: ''Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this lile house, that gave me meat and drink''

Clear deep straw with a creamy white head and lemony biscuits on the nose. Has a fabulous creamy mouthfeel, it’s all biscuit malt with a touch of citrus bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

24-27/10/2023. From cask at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, limoncello, soap, grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily and watery, average to soft carbonation. Good looking beer, other than that okay.

Cask at Ham and Cheese 🧀 in Malton - clear golden body with a firm white head. Nose has a little citrus and sweet butteryness to it . Sweet kick at the start with a little lingering grassy finish. Really guzzling material.
