Cask (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Golden with a white head. Citrussy and floral aroma with hints of elderlower and lemon. Crisp and moderately bitter taste with notes of grapefruit, grass and elderflower. A great golden ale.

Clear gold beer. Little white head. Light semi crisp palate. Lagerish malt with a subtle but odd smoky note. A little light orange and peach hops before the malt turns creamy. Crisp snappy minerally finish. It’s all right, refreshing and and crisp. Good session beer on a hot day.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some bready malts, floral and quite earthy notes as well. Flavour is nectar, some citrus, honey, wood mild grassy and earthy notes. Floral bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, horse blanket, soap, rubber, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110319]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a white head. Citrus and peach on the nose, some sugary malts. Medium to thin body, pleasant carbonation. The flavor is a bit dull, but quite pleasant, with citrus and peaches on a backdrop of pale malts. A quite nice one, quenching and easy drinking, but also a bit boring. 110319
