The lake hides a legendary sunken village; A hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village thus: ''Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this lile house, that gave me meat and drink''

Bottle @ Denmark/Norway Tasting @ Ulfborg 2011. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear golden with a small white head and lacings. Hoppy nose and flavor. Citrus , bread and horseblanket. Medium to thin palate.

50cl bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. Pours amber with a thick cream head and ample carbonation; and had a rich, sweet honeyed aroma; clean in the mouth with an initial surge of grassy hops and some underlying sweet malts; leading to a satisfying, light, dry, grassy, hop finish. An excellent example of how hops can complement a beer without overpowering it.
