Our favorite luchador makes a comeback with this German-style lager brewed with flaked corn. So, Mexican Style Lager. The signature move here is the inclusion of Persian lime puree and a touch of jalapeno peppers. Expect high clarity, a crisp finish, and a spicy/floral hop aroma to enhance the bread crust flavors from the malt. Pairs nicely with Taco Tuesday.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, yellow gold color. Large, dense, pillowy white head. Grainy malt nose hints at lime. Flavor is tangy malt. Lime and white bread. Subtle heat from the jalapeño peppers in middle. Interesting. I need some tortilla chips and salsa.
