Hantverksbryggd single malt& hop. Innehåller Marris Otter Pale kornmalt, humlesorten Maotueka, jäst och vatten. Inga tillsatser, helt naturligt.

(Draught at Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm) The beer poured pale orange and hazy. Head was large and white. Aroma contained citricness, banana and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, hops, citricness and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter and fruity. I am suprised to see this was a golden ale because it had a lot of weizen characteristics. Not bad.

Draught@Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is malts, grains, grass and some slight yeasty notes. Flavour is much the same along with some fruityness and mild nectary and honeyish notes as well. Quite pleasant.

(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 22 Oct 2010) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of grass, citrus and grainy malt. Malty, hoppy taste with grainy malt, grass, citrus and a dry fresh finish with a decent lemony bitterness. Medium body, fairly dry. Despite the name focus is more on hops than malt. I also get a little Belgian blonde vibe somewhere. Nice and highly drinkable.

Hos Rune’s 16 Sep 10. Flaske 0,33l. Nesten hvit på farge men en anelse brun. Veldig hissig! Luftig skum som varer noen minutter. Lett syrlig fruktig aroma. Mye kullsyre. Forsiktig smak med litt krydder.

Draught at Monk’s Porter House, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Some goosebrry, yeast and fruitiness up front. Mid sweet with soft, gentle mouthfeel. Grassy and spicy with notes of bnana and pears as well as vanilla and dough. Mildly bitter finish. A nicely drinkable summer beer.
