Cask at holyrood 9a. Pours amber, nose is spicy, biscuit, taste is harsh, peppery, sweet toffee.

Just found this old tasting note from the Stockbridge Tap a couple of months ago. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - spice & biscuits. Taste - more spicy biscuits, with resin on the finish. Palate - medium bodied, quite crunchy in texture, balanced finish. Overall - yes, enjoyed this.
