Mango Lassi Sour
This milkshake-style Sour Ale was inspired by the decadent Indian drink, the Mango Lassi. A colossal amount of mango puree was added to the fruity Sour Ale base and finished with a dash of vanilla bean to complete our Lassi interpretation. A unique spin on a traditional recipe.

Poured from the tap. Opaque golden orange with minimal white head. Vanilla and mango. The mango could be amped up just a touch, but decent.
