A sour beer brewed at the behest of one our regulars. A naturally occurring souring that occurs during primary fermentation from a unique strain of yeast called Lachancea Thermotolerans. We added some dill and cucumber juice to deliver what is pretty much a straight up pickle back.

Poured from the tap. Hazy golden orange with white head. Cucumber forward with a bit of dill pickle. Not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. Odd, but drinkable as a very small quantity (save for last because it wrecks the palate though).
