Hantverksmässigt bryggd Witbier. Bryggd på både mältat och omältat vete och korn. Den är smaksatt med naturlig äppelarom, humle, koriander, pomerans, citrus-skal, och juice från äppelodlingarna på Österlen.

Bottled at Nya Tröls, Malmö. Cloudy straw colour, rich lively head. Tar tnose with lemon, milk and apples. The malt sweetness is overrun by appley tartness. Light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Wheat malt is evident, as is the apple flavour. I really like the idea to combine a tart witbier with the local apples, which the area is known for, but the execution needs to be perfected.

Hos Rune’s 16 Sep 10. Flaske 0,33l. Kraftig eplearoma. Lys gylden på farge. Uklar. Høyt hvitt skum som detter fort. Mye kullsyre. Smaken er eple. Minner mest om et belgisk fruktøl. Avslutter syrlig & fruktig. Frisk – på grensen til sider. 0 bitterhet. Sikkert ok til en del desserter.

330ml bottle carried back home from Systembolaget in Ystad. Hazy, yellow body, small white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Aroma of apples and malts. Wheat, apples and sweet citric fruits in flavour. Lacking bitterness. A refreshing beverage, unusual and has little to offer when it comes to decent beer flavour.
