Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, orange-golden beer, flat, with no head. Cinnamon, sweet gale, ginger and sweetness on the nose. Some orange notes. Sweet flavor with lots of spices and herbs, ginger, sweet gale and cinnamon. Alcohol too. Warming and full-bodied, finishing sweet, warming and spiced. Not much reminiscent of a beer this one, but nice in a strange way anyway. 120914

Bottled (backlog). Deep orangeish red colour with no head. Aroma is spices, burnt sugar, plum, raisins and some toffee. Flavour is similar with some stinging alcohol as well.

Bottle @ Ratman’s, courtesy of papsoe. Thanks bra. Pours an orangish brown appearance with little head. Orange citrusy, spicy, ginger, light cola aroma. Super thick, orange 711 slices, spicy, Christmas candy, motherfucking sugary flavor. Holy shit, this fucker is cloying. What the fuck.

Bottle. Deep amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is almond, brown sugar, raisin. Flavour is sweet, almond, brown sugar, raisin, spices. Nice beer.

Pours cloudy deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, spices and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet with a long very sweet and boozy finish. Body is medium to full, texture is sticky, carbonation is soft to flat.

From tap. Pours murky red brown with a no head. Aroma is spiced and sweet, and citric. Sugarish sweet, spiced and caramelish. Raisins andcinnomon to cloves and cardemomme. Sweet finish.

bottle @ ekstra bladet juleølssmaging. cold. cloudy red brown, no head. aroma is raisins, fruits, rice? , somehow reminds me a little of sake, as some of the aroma notes are similar. flavor is raisin,s sweet fruits, figs, wsweet and mild.You would never guess 16% alc.

Amber with a tiny head. Spicy and vineous aroma with orange peel notes. Fruity flavour again with orange. Very sweet with a plain sugar flavour, but also has some fortified wine complexity. The alcohol doesn’t seem extreme, probably covered in sugar
