Kameleon Tripel enriched with honey, since 2011. Thin, off-white, yellowish blonde head, yellow blonde colour with greenish hue. Aroma with (too?) much honey, hay, vanilla, peach, pineapple. Fruity onset with spicy notes, honeyish indeed both from malts and from actual honey, yeasty with a mildly hoppy finish, with a bit of warming alcohol, fortunately not astringent. Quite okay, if you are into honey ales.

Draught Very stable fine-bubbled off-white head over veiled lemon-yellow beer. Faint citrussy aroma, and indeed, honeyblossom. Watercolourpiant, so-called "frangipane" Belgian buns, if not sweet; slightly oxydized malts. Very slick, restrained alcoholwarming. Not my type of beer. But at least, it’s not infected.

From tap at ZBF2011. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight spiced and phenolic. Initial sweet and mild fruity. Going rather dry herbal and phenolic over the tongue. Ends dry and herbal honey. Lasting herbal honey and phenolic impression.
