Frisk lett syrlig lukt med preg av m�rk malt, humle, m�rke b�r, sitrus, syrlig kaffi, karamell, m�rk sjokolade, knekk. Frisk lett syrlig smak med preg av m�rk malt, humle, m�rke b�r, syrlig kaffi, kakao, sitrus, sjokolade, karamell, gras, syregras, sitrusskal. Middels bitterhet som set godt. Grei.

Backlog rating: Earth, big roast aroma Black, big golden head Earthy dry roast flavor, medium dry mouthfeel, light vineous finish. Earthy salty aftertaste.

Botella de 50 cl en casa, de 2d2dspuma. mayo de 2012. buena cerveza con sabores tostados y algo quemados además de cierto toque especiado. Algo peculiar con cuerpo medio y 8.5 vol que se notan bien. Seria interesante tomarla de nuevo para ver que tal.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of Papsø. Thanks! Pours a hazy brown appearance with a huge foamy brown head. Spicy chocolate roasty malty, berry, funky, light coffee aroma. Tangy rich dark chocolate, quite piney hoppy, herbal, roasty flavor with a bitter piney finish. It doesn’t blow my mind but I really enjoy it.

Bottle - Roast malts, wine barrel and some vinegar. Brown like mud with a thin brown head. Dark roast malts, chocolate and a hit of sourness. A sour stout that works. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at CBC2012. Deep black in the glass, small head. Extrem fruity-berry aroma. Starts fruity-sweet, extrem like berries. More and more malty, stouty, earthy with chocolate hints. Warming finish. Nice!

A sweet roasted flavor with good bitterness and a bit sour. Not well rounded. Very dark brown almost black in color with a light brown head.
