From tap at the superb Dog & Bell in Deptford, London, with my parents 22.06.22. Black. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, tobacco, ash, tar and pine. Quite dry. Perhapa a bit waterish.

Tap at the beer merchants tap Hackney. A dark k black brown coloured pour with a thin light tan head. Aroma is woody creamy coffee, coffee bean, woody bark. Flavour is composed of dry woody grains, bark, coffee bean,,. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, highish carbonation
