Bottle, 75cl corked. Very gentle, apple driven with a faint grassy hint. Easy drinkable and quite quenching, but not very interesting. 646413

Shared bottle at Carl Fredrik’s place 31.12.24. Cleae pale srraw colour. Exellently refreshing and pure taste of fresh cider apple. Very good and very quaffable.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, flowers, hay, sour apples, leafs, yellow apples, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sour apples, hay, flowers, leafs, minerals, grass, apple cores, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
