A vienna style lager, with a fresh, flowery nose and a malty palate. Produced with AC/DC in the speakers at the brewery to ensure the perfect quality.

Inspirationen till både recept och förpackning är hämtad från US craft beer, där trenden för kvalitetsöl på burk är starkt uppåtgående.Lager bryggs med pilsnermalt och ljus karamellmalt tillsammans med amerikansk och tysk humle – en blandning av modern och traditionell lagerstil som är vanlig bland annat i New York och Boston.

Draft @ Green Lion Inn, Malmö. Pours a clear golden color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with a weak spicy hoppy hints. Fruity grainy earthy spicy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Clear, deep golden color, good creamy white head. Light malty and hoppy nose with evident butterness. Medium-bodied. Hoppyness from American hops, light butterness. This reminds me about Samuel Adams Boston Lager and Brooklyn Lager. Probably good beer with food.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderateto light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, overripped fruit, yeast - grain, mold - fusty, keller. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110212]

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Pikkulintu) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and long lasting. Aroma was grassy and grainy. Palate was bit lighter than medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, grain, grass, mildly sweetness, fruitiness, and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant lager.

Draught@SBWF2010. Goldeny amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some slight malts and mild earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some slight diacetyl and grassyness in it.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2010) - Golden in colour. Lemon, grain and tea feature in the aroma. The taste is hoppy and grainy with more notes of citrus standing out. Refreshing.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2010) Golden colour with brief, white head. Malty, grassy nose with notes of citrus and grainy malt. Malty, grassy taste with citrus, grainy malt and a decent citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. Quite nice.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild fruity and cornish to malty. Citric, bitter and mild sweet caramelish to breadish malty. Citrusy and bitter into a dry and fruity finish. Crisp and easy.

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange with a good looking white medium head. Aroma of citrus, caramel and some bread. Taste of fruits, caramel. Medium body and carbonation. Nice balance. A good swedish Lager.
