We collaborated with Moersleutel Brewery from the Netherlands to create this bold, juicy Double IPA. Named after a song from the local band De Staat, this DIPA delivers an intense burst of vibrant New Zealand hops.

Sample courtesy of Cheeseboard, cheers Simon! Cloudy gold colour, big foamy white head and aroma of gooseberry, grape, citrus, hops. Taste is malt, oats, mango, melon, and citrusy, zesty, with mellow hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - murky yellow with a neat, creamy head.
Nose - apple, green grape and kiwi.
Taste - more green fruits, possibly slipping in some lime too.
Palate - light to medium bodied, fruity and zesty and nicely tapering finish.
Overall - this is pretty lush.

Can from Great Grog. Milky golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon and honey. Flavour of mango and pine. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A decent DIPA (Overtone could do no less) but it’s not one of their top tier ones.
