# 4026; 1/2024. Sulphury, spicy aroma. Clear gold body with very small pieces (of apple flesh?); white head promptly disappeared. Bitter, tart, spicy, light fruity. Very dry and tarty cider. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Reutlingen (Swabia, Germany).

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 50cl bottle! Fresh and sour beginning. Nice carbonated, sour fruity apples. Not too much tannins, but round and refreshing, easy to drink with sourish sulfur body. Nice though and very dry.

50cl bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a small white ring. Aroma of sweet apples, mild tart apples, apple juice. Taste of mild tart apples, dry apples, juicei, solid Most.

Apfeliger, kaum süßer Beginn. Sehr trocken werdend, säuerlich, die Apfelnoten werden erheblich schwächer. Süffig, unspektakulär. 9/8/9/7/8/8

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear light to medium yellow color with a fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, light barnyard, apple vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet tart apple, sweet barnyard, dry, late finish: vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20110204]

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale golden yellow, tiny head. Sourish nose witha nice aple aroma. Very fruity and sour with a wild and fascinating touch of barnyard. Dry mouthfeel. Slightly sparkling. A very pleasant drink.

An orange cider with a very fast disappearing white head. The aroma is very apply iwth notes of apple cores and some acid. The flavor is very dry and quity apply. Nice - but not like Danish æblemost, which is sweet not acidic and sour - but then again, Danish æblemost doesn’t contain 6% ABV. OK dry cider.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden without any head but a fine carbonation. Somewhat sharp, sourish nose. Slightly sulphurous and crude with distinct notes of sour apples. Vague notes of vinegar. Really an unsophisticated cider. 210106
