True Rebel (2011)

Draught Small white rim over near-clear, orang-golden beer. Utterly grapey hops, and very fresh pale malts. Good combination for a straightforward nose. Very outspoken bitterness, near-metallic, but retronasal more fruity notes; grapefruit, grapes, bitter melon. Rather light to medium bodied; well-carbonated. Nice pale ale, nothing more, nothing less. Doesn’t have to.

Little cloudy orange beer, huge creamy white head. Aroma: citrus, pineapple and passion fruit, typical IPA aroma, some alcohol, some pepper. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: hop bitters, fruity, some citrus. Aftertaste: unbalanced hop bitters. Throwing in a bag of American hops does not automatically make it a good beer.

Draught @ Orsted Olbar, Norre Farimagsgade 13, 1364 Copenhagen, Denmark.Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, citrus peel, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus peel bitter, yeasty sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110211]

Draught. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. light malty and heavy hoppy pine aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long powerfull heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Wonderfull beer.

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours hazy orange with a thick, creamy and white head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy crisp hoppy. Light mouthfeel, towards thin. Crisp citrusy and rather peachy hoppy flavoured. Lingering crisp and light, yet bone dry hoppy.

Tap @ Ørsted bar. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are elderflowers, citrus, hops and malt. Low carbonation.

On tap. Pours a hazy and opaque golden with an off-white head. Rather discreet aroma, slightly citrusy. Light in body with a discreet fruit sweetness, the hop accents become more and pronounced as you go through this and ends in a fairly intense hop build-up on your palate. 080111
